Polly has visited Ripplevale Special School in Broadstairs, where she was warmly welcomed into the school community and enjoyed spending time learning about the creative and inspiring work taking place in classrooms across the school with pupils and teachers.
During the visit, Polly particularly enjoyed meeting Clara and her classmates, who spoke enthusiastically about their favourite subjects and what they enjoy most about school. Polly was delighted to see the impressive carousel that Clara had created during her design and technology lessons, and she praised the care, imagination and skill that had gone into making it.
The visit was a joyful and memorable opportunity to celebrate the pupils’ achievements and to see first-hand the dedication of staff in supporting every student to thrive.
